Frequently Asked Questions

What is the early bird deadline?
Early bird discount rates are valid until 31 May 2026. After this date, stall prices increase by 10%. Book before 31 May to get the best rate.
What is "Shell Scheme" vs "Bare Space"?
Shell Scheme includes a pre-built laminated structure with panels — ready to decorate. Bare Space is an empty floor area where you build a fully custom stand. Each stall includes 2 Chairs, 1 Table, 3 Spot Lights, 1 Dustbin, 1 Fascia board, and 1 Plug Point.
Can I display large agricultural machinery?
Yes! The Open to Sky area is ideal for tractors, harvesters and heavy equipment with no height restriction. The Only Space option at ₹3,500/sqm + GST is the most popular for machinery display.
How much advance payment is required?
50% of the total stall amount must be paid to confirm your booking. Full balance must be received before 15 December 2026 — failing which the organiser reserves the right to cancel and re-allot the space without refund.
What is the payment account for booking?
Payment in favour of IDEATION DESIGN AND EXPO LLP, HDFC Bank — Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad. A/C No: 50200043065333, IFSC: HDFC0003768.
Is the booking refundable?
No. Payments are non-refundable in any case if participation is cancelled by the exhibitor. The rates are non-negotiable and on first-come first-served basis.
What is the minimum Pagoda stall size?
Pagoda setup requires a minimum of 50 sq.m (10x5 metres). Rate is ₹4,000/sqm + GST and includes 2 chairs and 1 table.
